Condo in Charlevoix Country Club available for weekly rental.

Rent this new, beautifully appointed, two bedroom, two full bath Condo in the beautiful Charlevoix Country Club. Easily accessible lower unit with no stairs. The Master bedroom has a wonderful king-size bed with a full bathroom. The second bedroom has two full-size beds and it's own full bathroom and includes a kitchenette with sink, refrigerator and microwave (can be used as a lock-off if so desired with it's own entrance). Condo includes a fully furnished kitchen. Also includes all linens and towels. TV's with DVD players and cable TV are available in the living room and one bedroom. Unit also has full-size washer and dryer. The walkout patio off the back on the first fairway of the Country Club Golf Course is a great place for the morning coffee while watching the golfers go by, or a relaxing place in the evening to watch the deer enjoy the golf course.

Includes full use of a Charlevoix Country Club Social Membership, which includes free unlimited use of the tennis courts, swimming pool, and 24 hour fitness room (all within short walking distance of the condo). Please note: the Social Membership does not include golf privilidges. The golf course is a private, members only course, but does offer opportunities for golf to Social Memberships and visitors (which change from time to time). If you plan on golfing, please check with the country club directly and tell them you are staying in a Social Members condo to find out what golfing opportunities and prices will be available to you.

No smoking in the condo please.
Small pets may be allowed if you can convince me that there will be no sign of the pet (no smells, stains, hairs, etc) after you leave.

Rental of the condo also includes use of our electric 4 passenger GEM car (similar to a high end golf cart). This is a great and fun way to explore the Country Club, hop over to Mahogany's restaurant, swimming pool, or tennis courts, or explore the Lake Michigan shoreline. Notes: This is a street legal vehicle, so only licensed drivers please. Also, please keep the cart off the golf course and the cart paths.

Charlevoix is an excellent area for year round family fun. From the many lakes, beaches and parks for Summer fun, the most beautiful area in the State for colorful Fall leaves, to the many surrounding Winter Ski resorts. Also, loads of local cross country skiing and snowmobiling trails. And don't forget the many special weeks around Charlevoix, such as the Venetian Festival around the third week of July, the AppleFest around the middle of October, and many other shows, festivals, and fairs.

And bikers, joggers, hikers and skaters, don't forget the Little Traverse Wheelway bicycle path that cuts right across the front of the Charlevoix Country Club. This 29 mile long paved path runs from Charlevoix all the way to Harbor Springs. Just north of the Country Club, the trail offers a unique 3/4 mile long boardwalk bridging a wetland area rich with wildlife. The trail includes several beautiful stretches directly along the Lake Michigan shoreline, perfect for finding Petosky Stones, and includes two parks that are perfect for a picnic or scenic resting spot.

Charlevoix is the perfect hopping off place for exploring northern Michigan. Almost everything in northern Michigan, including Traverse City, Petoskey, Gaylord, Mackinac Island and the Mackinac Bridge, Leelanau Penisula and the Leelanau Sands Casino, Sleeping Bear Dunes, wineries, and many of the Midwest's best downhill ski resorts, including Boyne Highland's and Boyne Mountain (and don't forget Boyne Mountain's fabulous new Avalanche Bay Indoor Waterpark), Shanty Creek and Shuss Mountain, Nubs Nob, and much more are all within an easy hour drive.

First Week of June thru the Second Week of October: $1400.00 per week or $225 per day
All US Holidays: $1400.00 per week or $225 per day
Rest of the year: $1150.00 per week or $200 per day
I may accept shorter or weekend rentals. Email me with your desired dates.
25% deposit due upon reservation.
Refundable if cancelled 1 month or more before arrival.
Balance due 1 month before arrival.
25% security deposit due with balance, refundable after departure if
no damage is done to unit or furnishings.
